From the moment my husband and I walked into Priority, we knew we were in for more than just a typical car-buying experience—it felt like we were visiting family. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Priority, and while the price and negotiation process were fantastic—fair, respectful, and transparent—that’s not why we came back. We returned because of the genuine integrity, kindness, and hospitality shown by the entire Priority team.
A special shoutout to our salesman, Rupesh, who was nothing short of phenomenal. His down-to-earth personality made the entire experience feel personal and authentic. Instead of simply focusing on making a sale, Rupesh invited us into a more intimate space, sharing stories about his life, family, and ambitions. It was refreshing and heartwarming to connect with someone who truly cared about us as people—not just customers.
One of the funniest and most memorable moments of the day was having our kids with us at the dealership. After a few hours of exploring cars, they naturally started to get antsy. Without hesitation, the Priority team sprang into action, bringing out a cornhole set and even jumping in to play with our kids. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience not only stress-free but genuinely fun. The general manager, Jacy, went above and beyond by blowing up huge balloons for our little ones, filling the room with laughter and joy. Their patience, playfulness, and genuine care for our children—including accommodating our special needs child—meant the world to us.
When it came time to finalize the deal, Arturo and Aaron (I believe that was his name) in the finance department were equally incredible. They walked us through every detail with transparency and respect, ensuring we felt confident and comfortable with each step.
