Collision Services: What To Know
After an accident or other vehicular damage, your insurance company might pressure you into using one of the collision centers they work with. You DO NOT have to use any of their recommendations! Every driver has the right to select who works on their vehicle, not their insurance carrier.
Shop around for estimates and let your insurance agent know which collision center you select, such as ours! You can ask the agent to inspect your vehicle at our shop if it is more convenient. We are also happy to negotiate with your insurance carrier on your behalf.
Choosing a shop featuring certified technicians and unibody repair equipment is strongly recommended, two benefits our collision center provides. Our shop also uses OEM parts exclusively and includes repair warranties with every service. It is also important to know that all collision repair estimates are not the same. Our team will gladly review your estimate with you in detail and explain how we came up with the final total.
Our Lifetime Warranty
The Casey Collision Center includes a lifetime workmanship warranty on all repairs relating to insurance claims. This warranty applies to the original estimate and is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. Our paint is under warranty for life in light of:
- Loss of gloss caused by hazing, fading, or chalking
- Cracking and chipping
- Moisture-related blistering and peeling
The paint warranty is valid assuming the refinishing occurred over original, undamaged factory finishes or OEM replacement auto parts. Stone chips and rust damage are not covered.
