I had no issues with sales. I let them know right out the gate that I didn’t want all the upsale stuff that normally accompanies a vehicle purchase. Even at that I still received a low national average on a used truck. My only criticism would be - when they know that there’s an extra due the customer that has to come from the service department, they need to have it ready before the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle so they are not waiting over an hour. Other than that all was more than satisfactory.
My experience was great coming from someone who doesn’t know much about the ins and out of car buying but with David Au by your side you car buying experience will be worth making that appointment

I was in a bad accident that totaled my Nissan Maxima a week ago. I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 and I just knew I couldn’t get a vehicle. Tim and Willie were OUTSTANDING! Came in for a part covered by the warranty. I was promptly met by Cleveland of my Blue team. My service was completed in a timely manner. Cleveland remembered who I was and what I was there for before he even retrieved my paperwork, though I had been weeks between my order. Ken, the shuttle driver is a real treasure.
My last visit with Casey Chevrolet to address a car issue went very well. The car was looked at in a timely manner and I was able to get the car back one day earlier than expected. The issue was addressed and I'm glad that the issues were found. This visit went very well and the shuttle services was excellent when used. I have not had the car long and I'm glad that the warranty took care of the issue with the AC system.
