Am in the market for a Silverado LTZ Loaded. Spoke to someone a few times and they said they would have a sales person call back. Nobody called back which is fine. You dont have what Im looking for, I can go somewhere else. Not a problem. Someone finally called me 10ish minutes ago adjed how I was doing. When I said I was good they just said I got you and hung up. Don't waste my time and put me on your do not call list.
Popped in unplanned yesterday and was greeted by Daniel. Really had no plans of car shopping as we came to drive a specific car I found on the website. Daniel was BEYOND accommodating. Made an appointment with David G. for oil change and tire rotation. Explained I had to drop it off the day before, because I went to work very early. On arrival, he expeditiously got me checked in, noting that I was early enough that they might be able to complete me that day. (12000 mile new car). Sure enough, was completed - and I was happy with it - saving my wife from a 4:00AM drive to my work the next morning. Kudos to the team!

I bought the car brand new in 2016 and have only used Casey for service but over the last few years Service department has become inefficient. Their scheduling process is trash. They have had my car for almost 3 weeks and have not even started on it. They keep saying that they are waiting on the parts. Then they said used parts came instead of the new ones that they ordered. Appointment was for inspection and a diagnostic. Inspection went fine but the diagnostic could Not be complete that day. (Why bother having an appointment if diagnostic cant be done?)
Service was great. BUT, your policy of charging a surcharge for using a credit card sucks! People come in for hundreds of dollars worth of maintenance and you expect them to pay cash or else suck up YOUR cost of doing business. BS!! Casey Chevrolet Service department is no different than any other service department. They will break your vehicle, fix it for the most part, but tell you anything they break and cannot/will not fix is your (the Customer) fault and not their problem. And I hope that this will at least help prepare or maybe provide that second thought to a prospective customer that wishes to have their vehicle serviced at the Service Department at Casey Chevrolet!

This was my first time visiting Casey Chevrolet, since I purchased my 2014 Malibu in September 2024 from Casey Kia. Although it took longer than I anticipated to determine the cause of my check engine light staying on and replacing the battery, I am pleased with the outcome. Everyone with whom I came in contact at Casey was very professional and treated me with respect. I'm a happy camper now!!

I want to acknowledge the great customer service I received from Mr. Trevon. I purchased my Jeep with them and while i had a minor hiccup that needs repairing, they were able to repair it and mr Travis was willing to help when i needed it during the time of repair. Mr. Trevon reassured me that they are there to help with at the best of their ability. My jeep is still up and running good so I guess this good review is long overdue.

Service department is a hot mess that tries to scam people out of money even when services denied.
Our vehicle broke down out of town near this dealership. Had it towed here bc our 2021 chevy was still under warranty. Took three business days to recieve a diagnosis. Was told to call GM ourselves to open claim. Then found out they did it as well. Wasted our time to find out a week later engine was approved and on order. I was kind of disappointed because I went there on several occasions to get a battery to put in my fob. And it was almost an everyday incident to where my battery did not work for my car. So I had to keep going back but finally I think I got it straight.
